Groome is an AI-powered personal styling and salon booking platform. We provide users with personalized grooming style recommendations and facilitate appointments with local partner salons. We also provide digital tools for salons to manage their operations.

When you book an appointment through Groome, you are entering into a direct relationship with the partner salon. Groome acts solely as an intermediary. Cancellation policies, no-show fees, and refunds are determined by the individual partner salons and will be presented to you at the time of booking.
All content, design, graphics, AI algorithms, and software used on the Groome platform are the exclusive property of Groome or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the photos and data you submit for AI styling. By submitting this content, you grant Groome a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Groome provides the Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the AI styling recommendations will meet your exact expectations or that partner salons will provide satisfactory services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Groome reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
